Terms & Conditions

Stock, Price & Vintages
  • Customer are advised to check with the sales person / customer service on the stock availability.
  • All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars, inclusive of duty paid and including GST, and subject to fluctuation without prior notice.
  • All prices quoted are in (750ml) unless otherwise stated.

Payment

  • Payment must be made by either cash, cheque, or remittance to the bank account designated by Enoteca Co., Ltd (remittance charges shall be borne by customer).
  • Unless the customer has an approved credit account, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery of goods, failing which Enoteca Co., Ltd reserves the right to retain the goods without prejudice to any of its other rights.

Delivery & Cut-off time

  • Deliveries are normally dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Free deliveries for purchases exceeding $400.00/- otherwise a $35.00 (per delivery) delivery surcharge will be levied.
  • For orders sent before 3:00p.m., delivery will be made the next working day.
  • For orders sent after 3:00p.m., delivery will take place on the following working day.
  • Complaints & Breakages:
  • Customers are advised to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any shortage or breakages should be reported immediately (within 48 hours) to Enoteca Co., Ltd Singapore Branch.
  • Claims after one week from the date of invoice will not be entertained.
  • Return & Refund:
  • Goods sold are on a non-returnable and non -refundable basis.
